Rahul Jain is one of the Promotors of the Company and is on the Board of the company as Director, since May 30,2011. He is the brain of the Company and his overall responsibility spans the Industrial Chemical Business and several corporate functions of the company including Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Research & Technology and Capital Projects Execution.

He has been involved with all mega initiatives of the group through its growth journey. He was instrumental in execution of the world class Chemicals complex at Daulatpur, Haridwar, One of the largest in the North India, at any single location.

He is a member of the Finance Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee and Chairman of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee of the Company.

He epitomized the growth of Company as an integral part of his grand vision for India. He is convinced that India could become an economic superpower within a short period of time and wanted Company to play an important role in realizing this goal.

Sonal jain

Director

Sonal jain is an educationist, philanthropist, businesswoman, patron of the arts, champion of women and children’s rights and a noted proponent of Spiritual Teaching. She is the Promotor of the Company and is on the Board of the company as Director, since May 30,2011.

She commands varied experience coupled with thorough insights of Finance and its related technology, which enabled her to put her imprint on the Indian financial world and was also acknowledged.

She introduced sabbatical leave for female employees. Her interests includes reading and travel. She is also associated and working with various initiatives and institutions for empowering the challenged and the differently abled with the aim of integrating them in our society.

She handles multiple roles in the company and her overall responsibility spans the several corporate functions of the company including Accounts, Taxation and Human Resources Management.

She has been involved with all mega initiatives of the group through its growth journey. She was instrumental in execution of the world class Office management Software and has also led a company-wide business transformation initiative, which has resulted in the development of the constitution of efficient management Business.

She is a member of the Finance Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee and Chairman of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee of the Company.
